Operations consultant · analytics · agentic AI · 13+ years healthcare RCM depth
Tyler, TX
I find what's broken, prove it with data, and build the fix.
Analytics, agentic AI, automations, implementations — and expert evaluation of AI on healthcare ops. Thirteen years of RCM judgment behind the work. The résumé is on LinkedIn. This is the rest of the story.

The throughline
Healthcare, then numbers, then systems that run without me in the room.
01
Healthcare
Thirteen years on every side of the claim — provider, payer, vendor, consulting.
02
Analytics
If it isn't measured, it's an opinion. Warehouses, KPIs, and numbers leadership will act on.
03
Automations
Take the repetition away from humans. Reports that used to take a week now run twice a day.
04
AI
Agents that propose. Humans that dispose. I also grade the models — catch the miss, write the better answer, build the test.
Selected work
A few pieces. Not the whole résumé.
Implementation, analytics, consulting, agents — and grading the models that talk about ops. LinkedIn has the job titles. These are the ones worth sitting with.

About
I didn't choose this field. I was raised in it.
Adopted from Kazakhstan as a teenager into a big American family — 30 siblings, many with serious medical needs. The house ran on stretched budgets, insurance logistics, and a rule: “can't be done” was not a sentence. Nobody called it revenue cycle. It was how we took care of each other.
Home now is East Texas: my husband, our four-year-old (a ruthless QA engineer), and three cats. I still compete — the arena just moved to denial codes and calibration curves. Russian is my first language. The accent is Texas with a leftover.

the home team. (cats not pictured.)
